To use Samvid's enterprise intelligence platform (the "Service"), you must accept these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. We also encourage you to read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Organizational Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, an authorized representative of that organization must agree to these terms.
Roles. You may create a workspace as an "Administrator." As an Administrator, you control who can join as an "End User." You are responsible for all acts and omissions of your End Users and for their compliance with these Terms.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account.
Payment Obligations. The Administrator is responsible for all fees and applicable taxes. All fees are based on our then-current prices as specified in your Order Form.
Price Changes. We may change our prices, but we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any changes take effect.
Late Payments. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if fees are past due. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
"Your Content" means the documents, files, and data you submit to the Service and any generated outputs. You retain ownership of Your Content.
We don't train on your data. We do not use Your Content to train AI models that serve other customers. Your data is processed solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit Your Content and that it complies with applicable laws.
License. Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
AI Agents. The Service may include AI agents that perform tasks on your behalf. You are responsible for configuring these agents, authorizing their access, supervising them, and for all actions they perform.
Restrictions. You agree not to: reverse engineer the Service; use it to provide services to third parties; attempt unauthorized access; or use it to train competing AI models.
Business Use Only. You agree that use of the Service is for trade, business, or professional purposes only.
The Service uses AI that may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them. Do not use outputs as a substitute for professional advice.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and models, remains Samvid's property. These terms don't transfer any intellectual property rights to you except the limited license to use the Service.
If you provide feedback about the Service, we may use it to improve our products without obligation to you.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice if the breach isn't cured.
Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We'll delete Your Content within 30 days upon request, except where retention is required by law.
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect damages, and our total liability won't exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by Delaware law.
Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
Age Requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
