Information You Provide. Account details (name, email, company), documents and content you upload, messages when you contact support, and billing information processed by our payment providers.
Information Collected Automatically. Usage data (features used, actions taken), device information (browser, OS), and log data (IP address, access times).
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, communicate with you about updates and support, ensure security and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Our platform uses AI to process and analyze your content. You retain full ownership of everything you upload.
We don't train on your data. We do not use your content to train AI models that serve other customers. Your data is processed solely to provide the Service to you.
AI Output Accuracy. AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate. You should review and validate outputs before relying on them.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
Service Providers. Third parties who help us operate under strict confidentiality agreements.
Your Organization. Enterprise administrators may access account information for their users.
Legal Requirements. When required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We retain your information while your account is active. Upon termination or request, we delete your data within 30 days. Backups are removed within 90 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no system is 100% secure.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
